It’s almost here!
Since 2017, FinTech Sandbox has organized Boston FinTech Week, putting on stage key leaders from the world of digital finance and FinTech. You won’t want to miss the upcoming 3rd edition.
More than 200 speakers from 120 organizations from across the financial services industry will be here to discuss the trends disrupting finance. At least than 4,000 people are expected at this annual four-day gathering; it’s the largest free festival of FinTech in the world.
Attendees represent an increasingly international array of startups, incumbent financial institutions (banks, asset managers & insurance carriers), data providers, venture capitalists, regulators, and universities. It’s a great place to get to know the Boston FinTech/InsurTech/RegTech ecosystem. For entrepreneurs, it’s an opportunity to mingle with potential investors, partners, and customers.
Each day will focus on a specific vertical — Capital Markets, Insurance, Wealth Management, and Payments & Lending. A few of the sessions I’m particularly looking forward to:
- Opening keynotes featuring Marianne Harrison of John Hancock followed by Jelena McWilliams of the FDIC.
- Breaking the Mold: The Future of Community Banking.
- The New Financial Health: How AI and Platforms Are Revolutionizing How We Manage and Measure Financial Health
- The FinTech Sandbox Partner Summit with a keynote address from Verizon’s Serhad Doken on 5G’s likely impact on financial services.
All events are free to attend but you need to register for each event individually. Many sessions will sell out, so don’t delay. For the full schedule, FAQs, and registration pages look here: https://bostonfintechweek2019.splashthat.com
Portions of this year’s event will be carried live by Bloomberg Radio from the Boston Federal Reserve’s offices.
Hope to see you there!
